How do I make my reservation using the Travel Voucher +65 of the Valencian Community?

2. Completion of registration (requires electronic certificate and electronic signature).

The registration period begins on September 23, 2024.

First period of enjoyment*: October 14 to December 20, 2024

After processing the application and when Turisme CV verifies that you meet the requirements, you receive an email with a code that you must redeem with us to make the reservation.

You must make the reservation within 10 business days to enjoy the discounted tourist services within the same enjoyment period in which the Code was received.

You must tell us: the destination hotel, the dates, the voucher number and your telephone number.

After specifying the dates, the hotel and the number of companions and services you want to include, we will send you an email with all this information and a form for you to complete with your details and the CV travel voucher code to formalize your reservation.

Once we send you the email with the form, we will lock the price for 24 hours.

Once you have completed the form and made the reservation, we will send you the invoice indicating the total amount of the reservation, specifying what the travel voucher covers and what you must pay upon arrival at the hotel.

If payment is made by credit card, it must be in the name of the person who requested the voucher.

From the time of booking to the start of the stay, a minimum of 48 hours must elapse to allow the GVA to formalise the reservation. Reservations with vouchers that expire in less than 24 hours will not be accepted.

The voucher does not include cancellation fees and no-shows. Cancellation of the reservation would imply the loss of the travel voucher.

Modifications must be made before submitting the form with the client's details. Once the reservation has been confirmed, changes cannot be made.

The GVA covers 40% of the reservation amount with a maximum of €240 without a companion or €360 with a companion for stays between 5 and 10 nights on a half-board basis.
