Could I cancel my reservation? Should I pay any expenses?
Yes, you can but bear in mind that it has cancelation costs. You may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
When the purchase process is finished you will receive an e-mail with your purchase confirmation. Please, check your email inbox during the following 24/48 hours. We recommend you also check your spam folder.

Which payment options are accepted?
You can pay in cash or choose credit or debit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) if you prefer. During your purchase process your card details will be requested as a reservation guarantee.
Is necessary to include children or babies in the reservation?
Yes, it is mandatory to include all the occupants regardless the age. You will find in our booking engine the options: adults, children and babies to complete according with your necessities.
What time is check-in and check-out?
As a general rule, rooms will be occupied from 14.00 pm of your arrival date and must be free before 12.00 pm of the departure day.
Can I request a baby cot? How much is it?

No, pets are not allowed.
Do you have parking lot? How much I have to pay? Can I reserve?
Some of our hotels have a private car park. We do not reserve at any moment.

Can I leave the room late?
For late departures, you need to speak to Reception. It depends on availability on the day.
You will be informed about the price and different options this service has.
Can you take care of my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, without any restriction or additional charge. We take care until your departure.
Are there irons available to customers?
Our hotels have a laundry service (with additional costs) where you can leave your laundry to be cleaned and ironed or just cleaned. Cleaned and ironed clothes are provided to the clients the day after being collected.
Our hotels have irons and iron tables for our clients (without additional cost). Please take in contact with Reception to obtain more information.
Is there an airport collection service?
No, we do not have this service. We work with Beniconnect (www.beniconnect.com) to easy your arrival. You will obtain special discounts in your transfer if make the reservation in our webpage.
Smoking is allowed?
Smoking was completely forbidden in the rooms and closed areas (restaurant, bars, etc.) You will find the smoking areas signposted.
