Can I cancel my reservation? What expenses would I have?
Yes you can, Please keep in mind that there are cancellation fees if it is not done with a minimum of 24 hours (Port Jardín Milenio, Huerto Del Cura, Port Elche, Port Feria and Port Azafata) or 48 hours (Port Alicante, Vista Oro , Fiesta Park, Port Benidorm, Port Dènia and Port Europa) in advance of the day of arrival. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
Once the purchase process is completed, you will receive an email with confirmation of your reservation. Check your inbox within 24/48 hours of purchase and verify that you have received it. We advise you to also check your spam folder just in case. This will be the document that you must present upon arrival at the hotel. You can also check the status of your reservation by calling us by phone at (+34) 966 803 232
What are the accepted payment methods?
If your reservation is with a flexible rate, you can pay in cash or with a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) upon arrival at the hotel. At the time of purchase, credit card information is requested only as a guarantee for the reservation and 1 night may be charged as expenses.
If your reservation is with a Non-Refundable rate, payment will be made at the time the reservation is made. Payment can be made either by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or through Bizum.
Should I add small children or babies to the reservation?
Yes, it is necessary to include all occupants. You will find in our booking engine the Adults, Children and Babies fields to complete with the characteristics of your reservation.
Can I request a crib? What is its cost?
If you require this service, you must request it by e-mail to the hotel, calling (+34) 966 803 232 through our contact form. You can access it from the main menu of our website. This is a free service subject to availability on the day of your arrival at the hotel.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed. With the exception of our hotel Port Feria Valencia, and Port Elche, if you want to come with your pet, add it in the reservation process.
Is there parking? Can I reserve it? What price does it have?
Some of our hotels have a private parking service. You can include parking as an additional service and your space will be reserved. Contact available in the main menu of our website.
Can I check out the room later?
Yes it is possible although we cannot guarantee it. For departures later than 12:00, please contact our reception staff as this possibility depends on the availability of the day. Our staff will also inform you of the price and the different options.
Can you store my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, without any type of cost. We take care of it until you leave our accommodation.
Is there an iron available to the client?
Our hotels have a laundry service (with additional cost) where you can leave your clothes to wash and iron or simply iron. Normally, they can dispose of their garments the day after collection. All our hotels have irons available to customers (free service). Please contact our front desk staff for more information.
Can rooms be booked to celebrate bachelor parties?
No, unfortunately we do not accept bookings for stag parties. At our hotel, we strive to maintain a calm and respectful environment for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to consider our most suitable event accommodation options.
